Residential Building – Apartment Block, Turin, Italy
The project carried out in Turin, Italy, represents the first large-scale laminated timber joinery project produced by the LUCA factory for the European market, marking a significant milestone in the company’s development and international expansion.
The scope of work included the production and delivery of 457 sqm of timber joinery, made of spruce, for a residential apartment building. The windows were manufactured using the LUCA IV 68 European profile, selected for its optimal balance between aesthetic quality, technical performance, and suitability for contemporary residential architecture.
A distinctive feature of the project is the 2.86 m high balcony door, the tallest produced at that time for a residential building of this type, highlighting the technical capability and flexibility of the adopted construction solutions.
Due to the large number of components and the complexity of the project, the delivery of the joinery was carried out in stages, ensuring efficient coordination of production, transport, and installation. The project demonstrates the LUCA factory’s ability to deliver large-scale projects to international standards.
