LUCA’s portfolio of engineered laminated timber products includes custom-made interior doors developed for integrated projects and series production with project-specific configurations. The construction based on dimensionally stable laminated timber frames allows the integration of solid or glazed panels, with muntins or other partition elements, adapted to the architectural requirements of the project. The solutions are designed for repetitive production, structural stability and compatibility with standard hardware and finishing systems, and are intended for projects developed in collaboration with architects, designers and design teams, as part of the overall timber joinery package of the project.

Standard doors (with rebate)
  • Laminated wood frames and panels;
  • Simple panel (laminated wood or veneered/painted MDF/HDF).
Door frame Laminated wood elements, thickness 42 mm, width according to wall opening or customer choice.
Panel Laminated wood panel, thickness 21 mm, classic style. Insulated panel finished according to selected design. Optional security glass.
Hardware 3D hinge Ø16 mm, selectable locks and handles. Mandelli, Hoppe or Tolosa handles.
Gasket Rubber for acoustic and thermal insulation.
Surface treatment Water-based coating (3 paint layers) according to RAL palette and 2 layers of protective lacquer.
Dimensions According to opening dimensions, maximum 220 cm per leaf.
Frame Simple, fixed or adjustable depending on wall thickness.
Wood species Pine, oak, meranti.
