Laminated Interior Wood Doors

The main types of interior doors produced by us are the classic ones, with boards and adjustable jamb, depending on the thickness of the walls where they are to be installed. The range of doors can be customized according to the needs of each customer, from sliding systems, folding systems, double systems to secure exterior doors.

Door frame
  • Laminated wood elements, thickness 42 mm, width depending on the wall gap or customer option
Door panel
  • Laminated wood elements, panel thickness 21 mm, made in classic style
Hardware
  • 3D hinge diameter of 16 mm, selectable locks and handles. There is the possibility to equip with Mandelli, Hoppe or Tolosa handles
Gasket
  • Rubber
Surface coating
  • Water-based coating (3 coatings of paint) according to the tone chart or RAL palette 2 coats of protective varnish and UV protection
Dimensions
  • Depending on the size of the opening system, maximum 220 cm height per door leaf
Jamb
  • Simple, inserted into the wall gap
  • Simple, with a fixed ledge on one side
  • Adjustable, depending on the thickness of the wall, with ledges on both sides and lining
  • Adjustable, depending on the thickness of the wall, with the coffered lining. For the coffered lining, the wall thickness must be at least 25 cm
Wood essences
  • Spruce, Pine, Oak, Meranti

  • Laminated wood elements, thickness starting from 21 mm. It can also be made of MDF or HDF, with the possibility of applying natural veneer over or RAL painting, depending on the customer's selection

  • 3D hinges, exposed or hidden, depending on the chosen design. The handles can be customized according to the design chosen by the customer. There is a possibility to equip with Mandelli, Hoppe or Tolosa handles

  • Structural Swedish type door, made of solid wood and veneered faces

  • Nordic pine solid wood frame, thickness 44 mm
Door panel
  • Nordic pine structure over which 5 mm sheets of hardwood plywood are applied, veneered with AAA class oak and 6.3 mm solid perimetral oak edges, reaching a total thickness of 55 mm
Hardware
  • It can be equipped with any type of hardware, at the customer's choice, hidden or exposed hinges, being also reversible, allowing installation on any type of opening
Gasket
  • Silicone

  • Water-based coating (3 coatings of paint) according to the tone chart or RAL palette 2 coats of protective varnish and UV protection

  • Height: 210, 220 or 230 cm
  • Widths: 70, 80 or 90 cm
  • Wall thicknesses: according to requirements, minimum 10 cm
Jamb
  • Class A solid oak frame, thickness 45 mm and minimum width 100 mm, with class A solid oak window sills, thickness 18 mm and width 78 mm.
  • Window sills can be simple or profiled.
  • The door can also be mounted on a Filomuro type frame, made of aluminum.
