Residential Building, Morainvilliers, France
The project carried out in Morainvilliers, France, illustrates the entire process, from the preparation of laminated timber joinery in the LUCA factory to its delivery and on-site installation.
The building, a residential apartment complex, was fitted with LUCA pine wood joinery, finished in a dual-colour scheme, selected to meet both the aesthetic requirements of the façades and functional demands. The windows were manufactured using the LUCA IV 68 European profile, a proven system for residential buildings, offering an optimal balance between technical performance, durability, and architectural expression.
The project highlights LUCA’s ability to manage the full production, delivery, and installation process, ensuring consistent quality from manufacture through to final execution.
