A spectacular residential project, located in an exclusive holiday destination, featuring premium laminated timber joinery and custom-made fittings, tailored to the requirements of high-end contemporary architecture.
The centerpiece of the project is the production of the longest Lift-and-Slide sliding door ever manufactured in Romania, with a total length of 12 metres and an impressive clear opening of 6 metres, crafted from meranti wood. The sliding door is executed using the LUCA IV92 Passive profile and fitted with a triple-glazed insulating glass unit, incorporating solar control and low-e coatings, ensuring optimal thermal comfort, high energy efficiency, and UV protection, while maintaining excellent visual clarity and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
The project comprises a total of 46 laminated timber elements, including triple-glazed windows, sliding doors, and hinged doors, all manufactured using the LUCA IV92 Passive profile, selected for its superior thermal performance, structural stability, and suitability for premium residential standards. The ensemble is completed by shutters, harmoniously integrated into the architectural concept.
