Heritage Building – Good Living Boutique Hotel, Bucharest, Romania
An elegant early 20th-century villa in Bucharest, restored and transformed into a boutique hotel, preserves the original architectural elements of the eclectic style with neoclassical influences. As part of this project, we produced the interior and exterior joinery in laminated spruce wood, fully respecting the historic aesthetic of the building.
The exterior joinery includes double windows in two colours, crafted according to traditional standards. On the interior side, the IV68 LUCA European profile with 24 mm insulating glass ensures comfort and efficiency, while on the exterior side, the classic IV42 LUCA Viennese profile with single glazing remains faithful to the original architecture and the requirements of heritage buildings.
Through this intervention, we integrated contemporary performance into the aesthetic of a heritage building, preserving its authenticity and historical character.
